Refund & Exchange Policy – ZAS Watches

At ZAS Watches, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-Day Refund or Exchange under the following terms:

Eligibility for Refund/Exchange

  • We gladly accept any undamaged and unscratched watches returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • Unwrapped or used watches will not be accepted unless there is a valid manufacturing defect.

  • The customer must send the parcel back through any traceable courier service at their own expense.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Processing Time

  • Refund requests will be processed within 2–3 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.


Steps to Return or Exchange

1. Repack Your Parcel

  • Ensure the watch is packed safely to avoid any damage during return.

  • Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted.

  • Include the following details inside the parcel:

    • Your full name (as per order)

    • Phone number

    • Order number and order details

2. Ship To
Send your parcel via a traceable courier service to the following address:
