At ZAS Watches, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-Day Refund or Exchange under the following terms:
Eligibility for Refund/Exchange

We gladly accept any undamaged and unscratched watches returned within 7 days of purchase.

Unwrapped or used watches will not be accepted unless there is a valid manufacturing defect.

The customer must send the parcel back through any traceable courier service at their own expense.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Processing Time

Refund requests will be processed within 2–3 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Steps to Return or Exchange

Ensure the watch is packed safely to avoid any damage during return.
